I have a confession: I'm a little bit obsessed with the TV show How It's Made. I don't know what it is, but I could watch this show all day long and still be completely intrigued. Usually the segments are focused on things made in factories, so I was surprised to see a segment on hand-made hammocks the other day. Thanks to the magic of youtube I can share it with you!
It's not exactly spinnerly, but I think the braiding machine is pretty amazing and the different handweaving/crochet methods used are really interesting.
