This is hat is handspun from a suffolk fleece given to me by a good friend last spring. The white is the natural fleece color and the navy was dyed with sabraset dyes. The yarn is two ply sport weight. The hat pattern is my own design inspired by my own horses and the Susan Jeffer's childern's book "Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening"
