“Color is the bond that connects us with fellow artists, our community, and our world” according to the Association of Southern California Handweavers and they plan to inspire, motivate, and enlighten others next March with their conference entitled “Color Connects.” This group has evolved over the years to include among their members spinners, basketmakers, lace makers, felters, and dyers. The conference is designed to challenge, energize, and inspire attendees to experiment with new techniques and explore new materials through mentorship, intermedia collaborations, and interaction with inspirational teachers and leaders.
